
Marsha Stone: Founder & Chief Strategy Officer
Marsha Stone, a world-renowned speaker, visionary, and respected leader in the field of addiction recovery serves as the Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of BRC Healthcare. Having previously served as Chief Executive Officer of BRC Recovery, Marsha has been responsible for the growth, development, and founding of each of the BRC Family of Programs which cover the entire continuum and all levels of care. With her leadership, BRC Recovery has expanded its pioneer reputation and lives fully into its purpose of Bringing Real Change to the face of addiction for over 13 years.
Marsha regularly speaks at top industry conferences around the world and frequently appears on various media outlets including A&E Intervention, Dr. Phil, and The Doctors. Marsha integrates her own battle and triumph over addiction into providing the most effective and quality rehabilitative programming possible to those struggling with addictive disorders.
Marsha holds a Juris Doctorate with the distinction of Academic Excellence from North Carolina Central University, a Bachelor of Arts in English from Elizabeth City State University, and is a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor in Texas.

Drew Rothermel: Chief Executive Officer
Andrew J. “Drew” Rothermel, is one of the leading C-suite executives in the national treatment industry. Over his 20-year career, Rothermel has served as Chief Executive Officer for Origins Behavioral Healthcare, Caron Treatment Center’s Florida Operations, and currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of BRC Healthcare.
Drew is a recognized entrepreneur and treatment legal advocate in leading the reform of key healthcare legislation with regard to addicted individuals and their constitutional protection under the Americans with Disability’s Act throughout the state of Florida. In addition, Drew is an industry authority on and Mergers/Acquisitions, startups, and mobilizing communities in support of recovery services.
He holds his B.S. in Finance and his MBA from the University of Richmond – Robins School of Business. Rothermel also earned his Juris Doctor Law Degree from the University of Richmond’s School of Law.

Steve Murdock: Chief Financial Officer
Stephen H. (Steve) Murdock has extensive financial executive experience in a career spanning 30 years, including systems implementation, mergers and acquisitions, budgeting, forecasting, and equity and debt capital financing transactions. He has served as CFO of several high-growth private equity backed healthcare organizations as well as two publicly-traded organizations. Steve has served as an independent capital financing consultant on a number of major projects in the municipal infrastructure sector, the healthcare sector, and has provided chief financial officer services to a number of private companies. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Liberty University and is a certified public accountant in the state of Georgia.

Mandy Baker: Chief Clinical Officer
Amanda K. (Mandy) Baker, MS, LCDC is the Chief Clinical Officer for the BRC Recovery Family of Programs overseeing all clinical services offered at BRC Recovery, Spearhead Lodge, and Makana Path. She is the former Vice President of Clinical Services at Origins Recovery Centers, where she oversaw five levels of care in four facilities. She has also held positions at The Ranch at Dove Tree, and Texas Tech Center for Students in Recovery. At Texas Tech, Mandy and her team were instrumental in developing the recovery campus movement, which has significantly impacted the ways in which colleges and universities address addiction. Her experience working with prestigious treatment facilities and collegiate programs throughout the state of Texas, helping people of all ages to find recovery, makes her uniquely qualified to oversee and direct all clinical operations for the BRC Recovery Family of Programs.

Tracie Ogle: Vice President of Texas Operations
Tracie Ogle is the Vice President of Texas Operations for BRC Recovery Family of Programs, overseeing all residential programming and day-to-day operations. Tracie has worked in the chemical dependency field for nine years. She began her career at BRC Recovery as a Resident Care Associate. She has also worked as Executive Director of the women’s program, and from there quickly advanced to an executive role due to her dedication and enthusiasm. Through Tracie’s own personal experience, she has been able to help others on their journey from addiction to recovery. Tracie is committed to her own professional, mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional development. In her private life, Tracie enjoys traveling and spending time with her grandchildren.

Ruth Ann Rigby: Chief Development Officer
Ruth Ann Rigby is a prominent figure in the addiction recovery and mental health industry working with some of the leading treatment providers in the nation, recognized by a resolution from Mississippi Governor Phil Bryant for her dedication to fighting for those caught in addiction within our communities. Ruth Ann has served on the board of numerous community organizations, such as the American Diabetes Association, National Alliance for Mental Illness (Mississippi Chapter) and National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers. Her leadership in action has been proven over and over again by her tireless energy and passion to change and save a person’s life. Ruth Ann, along with her husband Lt. (Ret) Joseph Rigby, are cofounders of a 501c3 nonprofit organization called First Responders of Mississippi to help first responders (Individuals, Families and Agencies) in their greatest time of need with assistance, wellness and hope.

Dale Ogle: Chief Environmental Compliance Officer
Dale Ogle is the Chief Environmental Compliance Officer for the BRC Recovery Family of Programs. Dale has worked in the field of addiction recovery since 2011, serving previous roles as Director of Operations and Program Director. He is the former Co-Owner of True Recovery Interventions, where he provided intervention services, case management, guidance and support to numerous individuals and families struggling with the diseases of alcoholism and substance use disorder. His training and knowledge of recovery, combined with working in First Responder situations requiring quick action and urgent care as a Firefighter/EMT, make Dale the ideal person to lead the BRC Recovery Family of Program’s efforts by providing policy and strategic support, operations and facilities management, and coordination of safeguards. Dale studied Fire Science and Paramedic Medicine at Oklahoma State University, and is a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist. In his private life, Dale is a husband, proud father of two, enjoys music and playing guitar.

Patrick McNamee: Vice President of Admissions
Patrick McNamee is the Vice President of Admissions for the BRC Recovery Family of Programs, interfacing with staff and families from across the country. His expertise in customer service and knowledge of recovery creates a smooth transition from their communities to our recovery center. Patrick has worked in the chemical dependency field for over ten years. Prior to his current position, Patrick worked as a Resident Care Associate, Alumni Coordinator, and Director of Admissions. Patrick holds a B.A. in history from Angelo State University and has worked as a secondary geography teacher. He is passionate about working with families and helping others recover. In his private life, Patrick enjoys traveling, cooking, gardening, and collecting antiques.

Caitlin is an active member in the recovery community and is passionate about helping those suffering from the disease of addiction. Caitlin has been with BRC as a Business Development Specialist since 2014. She has previously worked in office management and marketing with several companies, including Metro Atlanta Recovery Residences. Caitlin is part of the ARISE Intervention Network and is trained in the ARISE Continuing Care Intervention Model.

Charmaine Crowley: National Referral Relations Manager
Charmaine Crowley is the National Referral Relations Manager for BRC Healthcare in Virginia. She is an active member of the recovery community, providing help and hope through her own experience. Charmaine is able to use her own battle with and triumph over alcoholism to helping others who are struggling with addictive disorders. Born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa, Charmaine holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, and a Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management. Charmaine has worked in the industry for over a year and is trained in the ARISE Continuing Care Intervention Model.

Jana Tufty: National Referral Relations Manager
Jana started working in the field of addiction and mental health in 2003, and has been apart of the recovery community since 2002. She is passionate about helping people find their authentic selves and recovery in every aspect of their life. She is also committed to her own personal growth attending multiple workshops yearly. In 2014 she decided to go back to school and obtained her Masters in Counseling (School & Clinical Mental Health) at the University of South Dakota. She is excited about coming back to this industry and working for BRC.

Haley Sola: Marketing Manager
Haley is the Marketing Manager for the BRC Recovery Family of Programs, serving as an important link between the surrounding communities of Austin, Texas and the BRC Family of Programs. Haley is an alumna of the Women’s Program and is passionate about sharing her experience to help others suffering from the diseases of alcoholism and drug addiction. Haley began her career with BRC Recovery in 2016 and has served as an RCA and the Office Manager before transitioning onto the Business Development Team. Haley is committed to a life of sobriety and living happy, joyous, and free.
