Mandy Baker: President & Chief Clinical Officer

Amanda K. (Mandy) Baker, MS, LCDC is the Chief Clinical Officer for the BRC Recovery Family of Programs, overseeing all clinical services offered at BRC Recovery, Spearhead Lodge, and Makana Path. She is the former Vice President of Clinical Services at Origins Recovery Centers, where she oversaw five levels of care in four facilities. She has also held positions at The Ranch at Dove Tree, and Texas Tech Center for Students in Recovery. At Texas Tech, Mandy and her team were instrumental in developing the recovery campus movement, which has significantly impacted the ways in which colleges address addiction. Her experience working with prestigious treatment facilities and collegiate programs throughout the state of Texas, helping people of all ages to find recovery, makes her a prime candidate to be running clinical operations for the BRC Recovery Family of Programs.

Steve Murdock: Chief Financial Officer

Stephen H. (Steve) Murdock has extensive financial executive experience in a career spanning 30 years, including systems implementation, mergers and acquisitions, budgeting, forecasting, and equity and debt capital financing transactions. He has served as CFO of several high-growth private equity backed healthcare organizations as well as two publicly-traded organizations. Steve has served as an independent capital financing consultant on a number of major projects in the municipal infrastructure sector, the healthcare sector, and has provided chief financial officer services to a number of private companies. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Liberty University and is a certified public accountant in the state of Georgia.

Tracie Ogle: Vice President of Texas Operations

Tracie Ogle is the Vice President of Texas Operations for BRC Recovery Family of Programs, overseeing all residential programming and day-to-day operations. Tracie has worked in the chemical dependency field for nine years. She began her career at BRC Recovery as a Resident Care Associate. She has also worked as Executive Director of the women’s program, and from there quickly advanced to an executive role due to her dedication and enthusiasm. Through Tracie’s own personal experience, she has been able to help others on their journey from addiction to recovery. Tracie is committed to her own professional, mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional development. In her private life, Tracie enjoys traveling and spending time with her grandchildren.

Ruth Ann Rigby: Chief Development Officer

Ruth Ann Rigby is a prominent figure in the addiction recovery and mental health industry working with some of the leading treatment providers in the nation, recognized by a resolution from Mississippi Governor Phil Bryant for her dedication to fighting for those caught in addiction within our communities. Ruth Ann has served on the board of numerous community organizations, such as the American Diabetes Association, National Alliance for Mental Illness (Mississippi Chapter) and National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers. Her leadership in action has been proven over and over again by her tireless energy and passion to change and save a person’s life. Ruth Ann, along with her husband Lt. (Ret) Joseph Rigby, are cofounders of a 501c3 nonprofit organization called First Responders of Mississippi to help first responders (Individuals, Families and Agencies) in their greatest time of need with assistance, wellness and hope.

Dale Ogle: Chief Environmental Compliance Officer

Dale Ogle is the Chief Environmental Compliance Officer for the BRC Recovery Family of Programs. Dale has worked in the field of addiction recovery since 2011 serving previous roles as Director of Operations, Program Director. He is the former Co-Owner of True Recovery Interventions, where he provided intervention services, case management, guidance and support to numerous individuals and families struggling with the diseases of alcoholism and substance use disorder. His training and knowledge of recovery, combined with working in First Responder situations requiring quick action and urgent care as a Firefighter/EMT, make Dale the ideal person to lead the BRC Recovery Family of Program’s efforts by providing policy and strategic support, operations and facilities management, and coordination of safeguards. Dale studied Fire Science and Paramedic Medicine at Oklahoma State University, and is a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist. In his private life, Dale is a husband, proud father of two, enjoys music and playing guitar.
