No two people—no mere father and mother—are enough to provide emotional security for a child. He needs to feel himself one in a world of kinfolk, persons of variety in age and temperament, and yet allied to himself by an indissoluble bond which he cannot break if he could, for nature has welded him into it before he was born.

Ronald and Susan Sharp are committed to giving back to BRC Recovery, where their son faced his addiction, developed a relationship with God, and joined a fellowship that carries him through the everyday trials and triumphs of life. Through his struggle and triumph, Susan and Ronald connected to the BRC Recovery family and forged life-long friends. Ronald and Susan’s gratitude persuades them beyond a simple “thank you.” Instead, they are moved to deed; Ronald and Susan express their deep appreciation and gratitude by sponsoring a meal once a quarter for the Saturday night speaker meeting.
Please join us this Saturday, September 15th, as the Sharps’ prepare a special, end-of-summer fish fry! Afterwards, Jonathan S. will be sharing his experience, strength, and hope in the Mark Houston Hall. Gates open at 6 pm. If you have further questions, please give us a call at 866.905.4550.
